Everything you need to learn HeartWork is available here for free. At this point in my life I want to help contribute peace to the world by healing hearts one by one. If you want more, we can arrange individual sessions for a stipend of $30.

What is HeartWork

HeartWork is a simple and practical process of watchfulness “at the door of your heart” in the spirit of the Eastern Fathers, who teach that the process for healing the heart is through a patient and sacred watchfuless which gives rise to the deep experience of wonder that bubbles up from the heart.
